Julie Bernier is the Owner of Dances With Dogs, a nursery school program just for puppies located in South Portland, Maine. DWD will celebrate five years of service in September of 2011, with over 1000 local puppies served by the program. The school provides early socialization, exercise and fun for puppies in a state-of-the-art playground designed just for them!
