Giant Book Sale at Saco's Dyer Library

Giant Book Sale at Saco's Dyer Library

You’ve been waiting for this sale all year! The Dyer Library’s Giant Annual Book Sale is an amazing opportunity to stock up on reading for the summer and beyond. Thousands of titles, including rare and antique finds, will be available at bargain prices. Come early to get the best deals! All proceeds from the book sale benefit the Dyer Library and Saco Museum. The sale begins on Saturday, July 28 and goes through Tuesday, August 7, during regular library hours.

Work on this year’s Giant Annual Book Sale began as soon as last year’s was over. Throughout the year, people generously donate books for the sale and volunteers work hard to organize the books by topic. In the days immediately before the sale, volunteers and staff haul the books down from the second floor into the Deering wing to set-up for the sale.
