You don't have to be a Red Sox fan to enjoy the hilarious comedy of Jimmy Dunn.  Jimmy is a headliner all over the country including Las Vegas, Atlantic City and on cruise ships all over the world.  The Las Vegas Review Journal said that "Jimmy Dunn really got the crowd going with some quickly inserted, very funny material."  Jimmy really knows how to warm up a crowd as is evidenced by Laura Marks of the Dana Farber Cancer Institute who said to Jimmy, "You were fantastic! Our audience loved you!"

Jimmy is also an accomplished writer, actor and director. He recently created, wrote and starred in Olympia Sports million-dollar-plus advertising campaign on the Boston Red Sox broadcasts on NESN.   Boston Sports fans may also recognize him from the NESN shows Fan Attic and Sox Appeal.  He has also appeared on Comedy Central, Jimmy Kimmel Live.

At the Cancer Community Center, it’s no coincidence that “community” is our middle name.  We are a comfortable, friendly place where adults touched by cancer come for FREE classes, resources and support but find community as well.  There is no doctor’s referral required; no income verification process and families & friends are welcome with or without the patient.  All programs are provided through the generosity of the community from corporate gifts, individual donations, private foundations and special events like this one.
